Please read important details below along with the most frequently asked questions about Fitkidz

What is Fitkidz?
Fitkidz is a health education and athletic development program that includes top notch fitness instruction, nutritional coaching and motivational training all designed to significantly improve the athletic ability and fitness level of children between the ages of 7-12 years old.

What if a child is not very physically fit?
No camper will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. If a child has never played sports or the next Tiger or Lebron James, you’ll find that Fitkidz is just the program they need! Youth of various abilities and fitness levels regularly participate in FItkidz programs and achieve incredible results.

Where’s the location of Fitkidz?
June and July 2009 - FItkidz Speed & Agility camp will be held at Believers Church (corner of Bomar and Pope Road) in Douglasville, Ga.

During the school years, Fitkids is offered as an after school program in various Douglas,Fulton county and Atlanta public elementary and middle schools.

How often does Fitkidz meet?
Participants will meet five days a week, Monday through Friday for three hours in the spped & agility camp.  After school programs vary from one to two hours.

What if my child can’t attend five days a week?
I know you’ll agree that some exercise is better than no exercise. So if your child or student can’t make it five days a week, at least do your best to get them to attend at least three days a week.

What time are the camps?
The Speed & Agility camp meets from 9:00am - 12:00 noon.  After school times vary by location.

What do I need to bring?
Participants need to have a good pair of cross-trainers, running shoes, cletes are optional.  We will be doing a variety of drills that involve running, jumping, stopping and starting quickly and multi-directional drills, so a good pair of shoes are essential.

Other than that, a positive attitude, a water bottle, and a towel.  Oh and make sure your child does NOT come on an empty stomach. We don’t want them to get light headed during our fun and energizing workouts!

How is this different than the local gym?
Fitkidz is a program developed exclusively for  7-12 year old children.  Unlike a traditional health club they won’t encounter intimidation, overcrowding, broken down equipment, wander around aimlessly trying to figure what machine does what and risk injury.  And best of all, we are the ONLY fitness coaching program that offers an unconditional money back guarantee!

Space is strictly limited to 30 students per session.

Is there a refund policy?
Yes, we offer a 2 day unconditional money back guarantee. Try Fitkidz for 2 days, and if you aren’t happy with the program for any reason  - just let us know and we’ll give you a full refund!

What is a typical day like at camp?
In one word – FUN! However, since each workout program is intentionally different to alleviate boredom and to teach specific athletic skills, its difficult to describe a “typical day.”  Participants can expect some light running, resistance training, obstacle courses, agility drills and more.  It's always an adventure!
